Our speaker will be Katriona Hembury of the Hembury Group speaking on "Managing a Multi-Generational Workforce".
Her session is built around leading multi-generational teams in the workplace. This course, first facilitated with Ski Patrols in the age ranges of 18 to 65, is designed to start conversation by opening communication, generating curiosity, nurturing understanding, and fostering appreciation of the unique experiences and talents that each member of a multi-generational team can bring.
Katriona's bio:
The ability to make people feel comfortable, welcome, and valued is the crux of hospitality. It is also the basis for successful teams in any industry.
For over three decades, Katriona (pronounced Ka-TREE-uh-nah) Hembury has explored multiple facets of the hotel, restaurant, and ski industry – building, leading, and supporting team success. Currently living in Aspen, she worked at The Little Nell, a world renowned 5-star, 5-diamond hotel in multiple capacities before moving fully into the Learning and Development field.
Now a certified facilitator for DISC social styles, Emotional Intelligence, Conflict Resolution, and Team Building courses with Take Flight Learning, Katriona excels at building and facilitating courses that bring insight to teams on an array of subjects.
