URS Retirement Outlook

For those interested, URS presented an in-depth presentation to the interim Legislative Retirement Committee, including short-term and long-term changes such as annuities for DC, a second election window, exploring status que vs changes to Tier 2 vs Tier 3. It's very helpful in understanding the thinking of the state legislators. They also set the study items for the interim periods.
